We are currently recruiting for a Security Operations Centre Operator to join our team at Olympia Estate. The Control Room Operator is responsible for the effective monitoring of CCTV, alarm, fire, and access control systems, ensuring the safety and security of the estate, its visitors, tenants, and staff at all times. Working within a busy operational control room, you will maintain constant situational awareness across the estate, respond to incidents, coordinate on-site teams, and ensure all activity is accurately recorded in line with company procedures. This role requires a calm, professional approach, strong communication skills, and the ability to make clear decisions in a fast-moving environment. • Able to work 12-hour shifts including days, nights, weekends, and event days., SIA CCTV Licence (essential)
• Previous control room or CCTV experience preferred
• Good understanding of fire alarm and safety systems
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to remain calm in emergency situations
• Basic IT skills and ability to use monitoring systems
• 5-year checkable work history
• Right to work in the UK
