What will you be doing?

Leading and inspiring an established SOC team

Developing meaningful KPIs and driving service improvement

Shaping and evolving SOC strategy and tooling

Enhancing incident response, threat detection, and vulnerability management

Managing and engaging third-party suppliers and driving accountability

Aligning security with wider organisational goals

What will you need to demonstrate to be successful?

Proven hands-on SOC leadership in complex environments

Best in class communication and engagement skills to build positive relationships with stakeholders and suppliers

Experience with SIEM, SOAR, EDR, and other key platforms

A strategic mindset with an eye for operational excellence and professionalism
