Job summary

Stagecoach Group Limited is seeking an Information Security Analyst to protect our network infrastructure, systems, and data from cyber threats. You will monitor traffic, investigate incidents, and conduct vulnerability assessments to keep operations secure.

The role sits in a fast-paced, evolving security environment with a focus on safeguarding Stagecoach assets. You’ll work with the SOC to detect threats, implement protections, and report KPIs to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of ISO 27001, PCI-DSS and NIST.
• Understanding of networking protocols, operating systems (Windows/Unix) and security software.
• Hands-on experience with Tenable, Splunk and Okta.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret alerts and data sets.
• Excellent problem-solving ability and proactive security measures.
• Effective communication and ability to deliver security awareness training.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity or related discipline desirable.
• Industry security certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CISSP or CEH are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Monitor network traffic and security logs with SOC.
• Respond to security breaches, contain and mitigate threats.
• Conduct vulnerability scans and penetration testing (Ten able).
• Install and maintain encryption and security tools.
• Ensure compliance with GDPR, PCI-DSS and ISO 27001; prepare reports.
• Support development of information security policies and procedures.
• Stay updated on threats and evolving cybersecurity trends.
