Job summary

Warehousing Solutions Ltd is seeking Security Officers for Gatwick Airport. Permanent positions with day, night and weekend shifts across a 8 am–5 pm, 8 am–8 pm, 8 pm–6 am, or 10 pm–8 am rotation.

Shifts include 45–60 hours per week with weekly pay every Friday. Day shifts pay £19.50 per hour, night shifts £22.50 per hour, and weekends/overtime £25.50 per hour.

Qualifications

• Strong observational skills to spot threats and suspicious behavior.
• Clear written and verbal communication for reporting.
• Good problem-solving and decision-making under pressure.
• Ability to de-escalate conflicts and maintain calm.
• Familiarity with security equipment and basic computer use.

Responsibilities

• Patrol and secure buildings, perimeters, and access points.
• Monitor CCTV and security systems to identify threats or unusual activity.
• Check identifications, log entries/exits, and regulate access to restricted areas.
• Investigate alarms, respond to incidents, and take action to address safety or security concerns.
• Enforce security regulations and resolve disturbances when needed.
• Maintain logs, write incident reports, and communicate irregularities to relevant personnel.

SECURITY OFFICERS NEEDED AT GATWICK AIRPORT THIS APRIL.

Day , night and weekend shifts available

3K paid bonus after 3 months of working with us.

Lots of overtime

Shifts available to choose from :

Monday to Friday , Tuesday to Saturday or just weekend work

8 am till 5 pm

8 am till 8 pm

8 pm till 6 am or 10 pm till 8 am

WEEKLY PAY

You can choose to work days or just nights + weekends

Day shifts 8 am till 6 pm or 8 am till 8 pm paying £19.50 hour

Night shifts 8 pm till 8 am paying £22.50 hour

Weekends and overtime paid at £25.50 hour

We pay weekly every Friday.

45-60 hours per week guaranteed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Patrolling and Securing:Regularly inspecting buildings, perimeters, and access points to ensure they are secure and free from hazards.
• Monitoring Surveillance Systems:Observing CCTV cameras and other security systems to identify and respond to potential threats or unusual activity.
• Controlling Access:Checking identification, logging entries and exits, and regulating access to restricted areas.
• Responding to Incidents:Investigating alarms, handling emergencies, and taking appropriate action to address safety or security concerns.
• Enforcing Regulations:Ensuring compliance with security policies and procedures, and resolving conflicts or disturbances.
• Reporting and Documentation:Maintaining logs, writing incident reports, and communicating any irregularities to the appropriate personnel.
