Vigilant Security seeks a dedicated security professional to join our team at a high-profile Weybridge site in Surrey. The role operates on a 4on 4off basis with day and weekend shifts, requiring a current SIA license and a full driving licence.

You will greet visitors, manage access control, and uphold high standards of professionalism and confidentiality. Applicants should be highly motivated, well-presented and capable of engaging with people at all levels.

Qualifications

• Professional, highly driven, flexible, enthusiastic and proactive.

• Immaculate presentation and clear, concise communication focused on customer service.
• Maintain confidentiality at all times and be computer literate.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
• Able to be vetted back 5 years or since leaving compulsory education.
• Hold a current SIA license and a full driving licence.

Vigilant Security are offering an exciting opportunity for a security professional to join our expanding team, working with a high profile client in Weybridge, Surrey.

Scope:

This job will be worked on a 4on 4off basis. Days, Weekends

The post holder (SIA license) will be responsible for maintaining the day to day security requirements at a strategically important site, maintaining high standards of professionalism.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

• Provide a prompt, polite and warm welcome to all visitors.
• Anticipate clients' needs/problems before they arise and that their expectations are met and exceeded each day
• Be seen as a visible customer focused professional greeting and engaging with visitors.
• Always provide a consistent professional service.
• Communicate visitor/client arrivals to the relevant person promptly
• Always maintain a high security awareness
• Proficient use of relevant communications equipment will require candidate to have good communication skills.
• Ensuring all H&S policies are adhered to.
• Ensuring that no unauthorised persons are permitted in prohibited areas.
• Issue visitor passes using agreed processes and procedures
• Maintaining an accurate record of any incidents that occur.
