Job summary

Securitas UK is hiring a Security Officer in Brackley (NN13 7EX) to protect people, property, and assets while delivering a high level of customer service. The role includes internal and external patrols, CCTV monitoring, access control, visitor passes, and routine checks, with an emphasis on integrity, vigilance and professionalism.

You’ll work Fridays, 6:30am–5:30pm (11 hours per week) with day-one access to development opportunities, mentorship, and a range of benefits including big-brand

Qualifications

• Valid SIA licence required.
• Experience in environments affected by protests preferred.
• Strong English communication (written and spoken).
• Right to work in the UK with a 5-year history, able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Conduct internal and external patrols as specified.
• Monitor CCTV and alarm systems and control site access.
• Issue visitor passes and manage keys; perform locking/unlocking duties.
• Maintain logs and records; support traffic and parking management.
• Respond to security incidents and lost property; perform routine equipment checks.
