Job summary

Carlisle Support Services is recruiting for security staff at Eastham, CH65 1AF. The role involves patrolling with a company vehicle, providing a visible security presence, and protecting client sites on a 5-on, 4-off shift schedule (days and nights).

Successful candidates must be 18+, hold an SIA Guarding or Door Supervision licence, and have a full UK driving licence with minimal points. Full training and ongoing career development are provided.

Qualifications

• Front-line licensable activity required (SIA Guarding or Door Supervision).
• Full UK manual driving licence held for 2+ years with 6 points or less.
• Reliable, punctual, flexible and professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Ensure colleague safety and provide a reassuring security presence.
• Drive to other sites to conduct checks using company vehicle.
• Proactively deter crime and manage incidents if they occur.
• Control access and conduct security patrols.
• Able to engage with the public in a calm, professional manner.
• Follow safety and security processes and work as part of a team.
