Job summary

Warehousing Solutions Ltd in Coventry is seeking multiple full-time security officers to start immediately. Permanent roles with day, night and weekend shifts are available, offering 45–60 hours per week. Day shifts are 8:00–18:00 or 8:00–20:00 at £20.50/hour; night shifts 20:00–08:00 at £22.50/hour; weekends and overtime at £25.50/hour.

Weekly pay every Friday, with multiple locations available. Positions are full-time and permanent, with the option to work days or nights plus weekends.

Qualifications

• Observational skills to notice threats or suspicious behaviour.
• Clear and effective communication for reporting and interaction.
• Ability to quickly assess situations and make sound decisions.
• De-escalation and peaceful resolution of conflicts.

Responsibilities

• Patrolling and securing buildings, perimeters and access points.
• Monitoring CCTV cameras and other security systems.
• Controlling access by checking IDs and logging entries/exits.
• Responding to alarms and incidents and taking appropriate action.
• Enforcing security policies and procedures and resolving disturbances.
• Reporting incidents and maintaining logs and documentation.
