Job summary

Northern Security Limited in Workington is seeking a part-time Security Officer to maintain a visible security presence from 4pm to 9pm, Monday to Friday, 25 hours per week.

You will protect staff, customers and property, perform patrols, open and lock ups, and respond to alarm calls, while presenting a smart, reliable image.

Full training is provided; benefits include 28 days holiday pro rata, a company pension, full uniform and a Refer a Friend scheme.

Salary: £15.00 per hour

Contract: Part Time (25 hours)

Days: Mon - Fri

Hours: 4pm - 9pm

We are seeking to recruit a Security Officer in the Workington area, with great communication skills and self motivation. In this role, you will be the face of our security presence, ensuring the safety of staff, customers, and property.

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to

• Providing an onsite professional security presence
• Providing a deterrent to criminal activity, theft and antisocial behaviour
• Provide protection for customers, property and staff
• Internal and external site patrols
• Open and lock ups, site patrols and visual checks in the surrounding area and response to alarm calls.
