Job summary

Mitie Cleaning & Hygiene Services is seeking a confident security officer to join our team in the UK. You will work to protect our customers' property, people and assets, operating under Assignment Instructions and complying with UK law.

The role requires frontline licences and ongoing training to maintain high service levels. You will be part of a team, with overtime on other locations and the possibility of further training and career progression within Mitie.

Qualifications

• Previous Security Experience
• SIA License
• SC Clearance desirable

Responsibilities

• Protect our customer's property, people and assets by delivering security services on site.
• Meet or exceed KPIs and SLAs to support contract retention.
• Maintain compliance with policies, UK law, and regulatory requirements; report incidents.
• Complete required training and renew licenses (front-line licence and CCTV PSS SIA Licence).
• Complete incident notebooks promptly and communicate safety concerns.
