Job summary

Mitie is seeking security enthusiasts to join our nationwide Security Guard teams for the DWP project. You will cover diverse DWP sites across London and surrounding areas, with flexible travel and a full UK driving licence.

The role delivers a safe environment for staff, visitors and property. You will patrol premises, control access with proper ID checks, respond to emergencies, liaise with police and emergency services, and compile incident reports.

Qualifications

• Previous security experience is required.
• DS Licence required.
• UK full clean driving licence required.

Responsibilities

• Patrol premises regularly to identify security threats.
• Monitor and control access with proper verification.
• Respond to emergencies or suspicious situations.
• Liaise with local police and emergency services as needed.
• Provide high level customer service to staff and visitors.
