Position Overview

Mitie has a great opportunity at Hammerson West Quay Shopping Centre. We are seeking an experienced Security Officer to join our on-site team. The role involves managing car park security, handling queries, and providing excellent customer service within the main scheme.

Details

• Pay Rate: £13.09 per hour
• Shift Pattern: 9.5-hour shifts, 4 days on, 2 days off
• Work Schedule: Includes days, nights, weekends, and bank holidays

Requirements

• Valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence

Job Responsibilities

• Patrol outdoors in all weather conditions
• Actively monitor the car park and main scheme areas
• Be approachable and welcoming to clients and customers
• Maintain awareness of surroundings to identify suspicious activity
• Report and escalate incidents to the Security Shift Manager
