CIS Security Ltd in Belfast (BT1) is seeking a Security Officer to be the ambassador of professionalism on a prestigious site, delivering security and customer service to staff, visitors and service users. You will handle access control, reception duties and patrols on a days and nights 4-on-4-off rotation.

The role requires an SIA Licence and strong English communication; IT skills and a presentable, friendly demeanor are essential to maintain a secure, customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• SIA Licence required.
• Experience in Corporate Security or Front of House desirable.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Good IT skills and ability to use security IT systems.
• Immaculate presentation and professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality security and customer service on site.
• Perform access control, reception and patrol duties.
• Respond to emergencies and incidents with calm leadership.
• Open and close procedures; monitor CCTV and alarms.
