Job summary

Sodexo Gatwick is hiring a Security Officer for a full-time role. You will protect people, property and assets on site, performing patrols and monitoring CCTV and access control systems. The position requires vigilance, clear communication and a customer-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Valid SIA Door Supervisor or Security Guarding licence is essential.
• Frontline security or customer-facing experience is desirable.
• Good observation and incident reporting abilities are required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and secure environment for people and assets on site.
• Carry out internal, external, perimeter and car park patrols and monitor security systems.
• Control access for employees, visitors, contractors and vehicles.
