Job summary

G4S is recruiting for a Security Officer to work in Worcester. The role is full-time and permanent, with a 4 on, 4 off schedule (12 hour shifts) and occasional night shifts. The pay rate is £12.71 per hour. Applicants must be over 18.

You will greet staff and visitors, enforce site safety protocols, carry out searches when required, and perform gatehouse and patrol duties while delivering excellent customer service. Training is provided.

Qualifications

• Must be aged 18 or over.
• Confident communicator and team player with customer service focus.
• Good IT knowledge is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Greeting staff and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
• Ensuring everyone follows security and safety protocols of the site.
• Conducting searches when required.
• Gatehouse duties.
• Patrolling the premises inside and outside.
• Handling security incidents and completing incident reports.
