Job summary

Securitas is hiring a Security Officer for a high-profile site in Great Baddow. You will help maintain a safe and secure environment by patrolling the site, monitoring access, and responding to incidents. You will be a professional first point of contact for staff, visitors and contractors.

The role requires a valid SIA licence, a full UK driving licence, and excellent communication. Ongoing training, a uniform, and opportunities for progression are provided.

Qualifications

• Valid SIA Door Supervisor or Security Guard Licence.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good IT skills with the ability to complete accurate reports.
• A professional, customer-focused approach.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Eligibility to obtain Security Clearance (SC).

Responsibilities

• Carry out internal and external patrols.
• Monitor access to the site.
• Respond to alarms, incidents and safety concerns.
• Maintain accurate security records.
