Job summary

Atlas FM is hiring a Security Officer in Whiteley, Hampshire. This permanent, full-time role covers weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday) with a 07:00–19:00 or 19:00–07:00 rota.

You will protect people and property, provide customer care and operate access control, patrols and CCTV monitoring. The ideal candidate is compassionate, professional, and reliable, with a good command of English, the right to work in the UK, and an SIA licence or willingness to undertake training.

About The Role

Hourly Rate: £13.00

Location: Whiteley, Fareham

Shift Pattern: This is a permanent weekend role, requiring availability to work Saturday and Sunday shifts on either a 07:00 to 19:00 or 19:00 to 07:00 rota. In addition to contracted hours, there will be opportunities to take on extra shifts to provide cover when needed.

What you'll be doing:

• Protecting our customers property and people
• Providing a high standard of customer care
• Delivery of security duties including access control, patrolling, CCTV monitoring
• Being an ambassador for both our customers and Atlas Security
