Mitie Group plc is seeking a Retail Security Officer for an M&S in the Crystal Peaks area. The role offers £13.58 per hour with guaranteed 40+ hours per week, creating a safe, welcoming environment for customers and colleagues.

You will be the visible in-store presence, using mobile reporting and body-worn cameras to support operations. The ideal candidate stays calm under pressure, communicates effectively and delivers professional service while protecting people, stores and products.

Qualifications

• Previous security experience is preferred.
• A valid SIA licence is desirable, although not essential.

Retail Security Officer –M&S

Location: M&S Crystal Peaks

Salary - £13.58 per hour

Guaranteed 40+ hours per week

Join M&S as a Security Officer, where you'll play a vital role in creating a safe, welcoming and secure environment for our customers and colleagues.

We're looking for confident, customer-focused individuals who can combine strong awareness with a warm and approachable attitude. You'll be a visible presence in store, helping customers feel supported while playing an important role in keeping the business safe and secure.

• Customer service is at the heart of the role. You'll create a welcoming store environment, greeting customers as they start shopping with us, while delivering professional support to both customers and colleagues.
