Mitie Group plc. is seeking a Retail Security Officer for an M&S Simply Food store in Wallasey. The role focuses on creating a safe, welcoming and secure environment for customers and colleagues, with a strong emphasis on professional conduct and customer service. The position offers a fixed hourly rate and guaranteed hours.

You will be the visible face in-store, handling incidents and focusing on loss prevention while using store tech and maintaining calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

Retail Security Officer –M&S

Location: M&S (Simply Food) - Wallasey - Bidston

Salary – £13.58 per hour

Guaranteed 40+ hours per week
