Securitas UK in Sheffield is seeking a professional Security Officer to join our high-profile team on permanent night shifts. This role offers 42 hours per week, a pay rate of £14.56 per hour, ongoing training and clear progression opportunities within a national organisation.

You’ll protect people, property and assets while delivering excellent customer service. Requirements include a valid SIA Door Supervisor or Security Guard Licence, a full UK driving licence, and the ability to work 4 On 4

Qualifications

What You’ll Need

• Valid SIA Door Supervisor or Security Guard Licence
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good IT skills with the ability to complete accurate reports
• A professional, customer‑focused approach
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work permanent 4 On 4 Off night shifts
• Eligibility to obtain Security Clearance (SC)
• Previous experience within corporate, industrial or high‑profile security
• CCTV experience
• First Aid qualification (training can be provided)
• Experience using access control or security management systems

Security Clearance Requirements

This role requires you to be eligible to obtain Security Clearance (SC).

To be eligible you must:

• Have lived continuously in the UK for the last five years
• Be able to provide a full five‑year employment, education or activity history
• Successfully complete the required vetting and background checks
