Securitas UK in Salisbury is seeking a Security Officer to protect people and property on a high-profile site. You will patrol on foot and by vehicle, manage access and respond to alarms.

The role is full-time, 42 hours per week, with driving requirement and UK driving license. Excellent training, uniform provided, and overtime opportunities.

Security Officer – Salisbury

£15.00 per hour | 42 hours per week 4 on 4 off days and nights
Driver required – own vehicle essential

We’re hiring a Security Officer for a high-profile site covering Salisbury. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where your presence genuinely matters.

Your role

• Patrol sites (foot & vehicle) to keep people and property safe
• Control access - ID checks & visitor management
• Monitor CCTV and act on incidents
• Respond to alarms and emergencies
• Maintain accurate reports and logs

Active role - not desk-based

What we’re looking for

Essential requirement

Must be a British national by birth or have held a British passport for 5+ years

Qualifications

• Physically fit (this is an active role with regular walking)

Essential requirements (site clearance)

• British national by birth OR British passport held for 5+ years
• 5-year checkable work history
• Must be able to obtain SC clearance
