The role

This is a customer-facing role within a premium retail environment where safety, professionalism and service must work together seamlessly.

You will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment while also contributing positively to the customer journey and wider store experience.

This includes:

• Creating a visible, welcoming and reassuring presence within store
• Supporting customers and colleagues professionally and confidently
• Responding appropriately to incidents, theft and security concerns
• Helping de-escalate challenging situations calmly and respectfully
• Working collaboratively with store teams as part of the wider M&S environment
• Delivering high standards of professionalism, communication and customer service at all times

Candidate must have 5 years trackable history in UK & SIA Licence., We are interested in people from a range of backgrounds, including retail, hospitality, customer service, leisure, security and other customer-facing environments.
