Job summary

Carlisle Support Services is seeking a security officer for an Anfield Stadium site in Liverpool. Hours are 4 on 4 off (7am-7pm) with overtime on matchdays; pay is £13.45 per hour. Role includes guarding, access control, patrolling, and engaging with the public to ensure safety.

We require SIA guarding or door supervision, five years of checkable history, reliability and professionalism. Training, induction, and career development are provided, with a strong emphasis on teamwork and client

Qualifications

• Must hold an SIA Guarding or Door Supervision licence.
• 5 years checkable work and address history are required.
• Reliable, punctual, flexible and smart in appearance.
• Friendly, approachable and professional demeanor.
• Experience in security or customer-facing role is desirable.

• Ensure colleague safety and provide a secure presence.
• Proactively engage with the public and deter crime.
• Manage incidents with effective conflict management.

The role

Location, Anfield Stadium, L4 0TH

Hours: 4 on 4 off (7am-7pm) - Overtime available on days off including matchdays

Pay: £13.45 per hour

Your core role will include but not be limited to the following activities:

• Ensure colleague safety, providing a sense of assurance for all
• Provide a smart, visible, proactive, and engaging security presence and deterrent
• Effective conflict management, always taking control of incidents
• Control access and egress, conducting security patrols to deter crime
• Able to proactively and professionally engage with the public
• Be aware of hazards and incidents, and responding appropriately
• Providing guidance, information and directing customers as a first point of contact
• Managing and following safety and security processes and procedures
• Working as part of a team, building strong working relationships

Is this you

• At least 18 years old
• SIA Guarding or Door Supervision licence
• 5 years checkable work and address history
• Reliable, punctual, flexible, and smart in appearance
• Friendly, approachable, and always professional
• Enthusiastic and motivated to do a great job
• Ideally some experience within a Security environment or a customer facing role
• Able to interact with clients and customers in a positive manner
• Some experience working within a Security environment and working as part of a team
• Effective people skills, able to interact with clients and customers in a positive manner

Successful candidates will be required to provide original documentation for detailed screening and vetting processes. This could include the following: passport, driving licence, utility bill dated in the last 3 months, HMRC letter, original bank statement, original payslip, birth certificate or a valid share code.
