Mitie Group plc. is seeking a Retail Security Officer for the M&S Greenford store. You will contribute to a safe, welcoming store experience and protect customers and colleagues.

Retail Security Officer – M&S Greenford

Location: M&S Greenford

Salary - £14.90 per hour

Guaranteed hours 39 per week

Candidate must have 5 years trackable working history in UK.

The role

This is a customer-facing role within a premium retail environment where safety, professionalism and service must work together seamlessly.

You will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment while also contributing positively to the customer journey and wider store experience.

This includes:

• Creating a visible, welcoming and reassuring presence within store
• Supporting customers and colleagues professionally and confidently
• Responding appropriately to incidents, theft and security concerns
• Helping de-escalate challenging situations calmly and respectfully
• Working collaboratively with store teams as part of the wider M&S environment
• Delivering high standards of professionalism, communication and customer service at all times
