Qualifications

• SIA licensed security professional.
• UK driving licence may be required for certain positions.
• First Aid qualification is mandatory to ensure safety and quick response.

Responsibilities

• Patrolling and monitoring premises to detect signs of intrusion, damage, or suspicious activity.
• Manage access control, verify passes, and authorize visitors as required.
• Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and incidents using established procedures.
• Provide professional customer service to visitors, staff, and contractors.
• Maintain accurate logs and incident reports for handover and compliance.
• Observe health and safety requirements and report hazards.

Patrolling & Monitoring: Conduct regular patrols to detect signs of intrusion, damage, or suspicious behaviour.

Access Control: Monitor entrances and exits, check passes, and authorise visitors.

Incident Response: Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and incidents, following established procedures.

Customer Service: Provide a welcoming, professional presence and assist visitors, staff, and contractors as needed.

Reporting: Maintain accurate logs and incident reports for handover and compliance purposes.

Health & Safety: Observe and report any hazards, ensuring a safe environment at all times.
