Job summary

Pinnacle Group is seeking an Experienced Security Officer to safeguard our client site at Deeside Industrial Park. You will join our Pinnacle Workplace Security Team, working a 42-hour week on a 12-hour rotating day/night shift (5am–5pm / 5pm–5am) with potential travel to nearby sites.

Active duties include patrols, alarms response, incident reporting, CCTV operation, weighbridge duties and meter readings, with overtime available. A structured development path is offered.

Qualifications

• Valid SIA badge with SG or DS licence is essential.
• Valid UK manual driving licence is essential.
• Access to your own transport is essential.
• Full 5-year checkable work history.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine patrols of assigned premises and detect intrusions.
• Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies and incidents and mitigate risks.
• Prepare accurate incident reports logging all security activities.
• Operate and monitor CCTV and other surveillance equipment.
• Perform weighbridge operations and meter readings as required.

Pinnacle Group is looking for an Experienced Security Officer to ensure the safety and security of our properties and sites. You will be joining our Pinnacle Workplace Security Team on our client's prestigious site in Deeside Industrial ParkCH5 - access to own transport

Pinnacle Workplace delivers tailored facilities management solutions across cleaning, security, catering and specialist industrial services. With nearly 600 colleagues nationwide, the team supports clients in manufacturing, retail, education and office environments. This is a built-in role, meaning you'll be stepping into scheduled gaps to help support cover for holidays, sickness and ad-hoc requests, ensuring the site always operates with a full-strength security footprint. The role includes structured development to become fully competent in both Security and Security Supervisor duties. This ensures you can step into supervisory cover when required.

We are offering a guaranteed 42 hours per week - you will be working on a rota basis, 12-hour shifts with a mixture of days and nights from 5am to 5pm / 5pm to 5am with shifts allocated to you depending on operational needs. You may also be deployed to cover nearby security sites if required. Overtime is also available on top if more hours are wanted. • Conduct routine vehicle patrols of assigned premises and detect signs of any intrusion or unusual activity
• Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies and incidents, taking appropriate action to mitigate risks
• Prepare detailed and accurate incident reports, logging all security-related activities and occurrences
• Operate and monitor surveillance equipment, including CCTV systems
• Testing alarms and conducting various meter readings
• Operate weighbridge equipment for various wagons/ hauliers weighing in and out

Key Requirements will include:
