Job summary

B&M Retail Limited in Crawley is seeking a confident and professional Retail Security Officer to safeguard people, products, and store environments while delivering a welcoming customer experience. This full-time, permanent role offers daytime, evening and weekend shifts and sits within the Store Management Team.

You will monitor and report incidents, operate CCTV, enforce Health & Safety, investigate losses, and engage with customers to resolve situations calmly and effectively.

Are you a confident and professional Retail Security Officer? Do you enjoy safeguarding people, products, and store environments while delivering a welcoming customer experience?

Join our team in County Mall and make a real difference!

In this role, you’ll be trusted with responsibility and play a vital role in safeguarding the store. Working closely with the Store Management Team, you’ll help prevent loss, manage risk and maintain high standards of safety and professionalism.

This is a full-time, permanent role with flexibility to work across daytime, evening and weekend shifts - ideal for someone who enjoys variety, responsibility and being an integral part of the store team.

What you’ll be doing

• Actively monitoring the store to identify, prevent and report incidents

• Supporting the enforcement of Health & Safety procedures
