Job summary

Barts Health NHS Trust is seeking an enthusiastic Security Officer to join the established security team. You will deliver a highly visible, service-user focused security presence across the Trust, working to protect patients, staff and visitors.

Applicants should hold an SIA licence and a Security Manning Licence, with experience in NHS security procedures and electronic security systems. You will contribute to a safe, dignified environment and uphold professional standards at all times.

Qualifications

This post sits within the established security team at Barts Health NHS Trust, one of the largest NHS trusts in the country. The core of the work is delivering a security provision across the Trust that is conspicuous, puts service users first and keeps professional standards throughout. The aim is a safe, crime-free setting for patients, staff, visitors and the public. Holding an SIA licence and a Security Manning Licence is required.
