Job summary

OCS UK & Ireland is seeking a vigilant Security Officer to support Belfast site operations, providing a friendly, professional service to employees and visitors while monitoring security and building systems.

In this role you will conduct regular patrols, respond to incidents, and maintain accurate incident records. A valid SIA licence and the right to work in the UK are essential, with a calm, professional demeanor required for success.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid SIA licence (essential).
• Experience in security or facilities environment is advantageous.
• Strong communication skills and ability to stay calm under pressure.

Essential Hiring Criteria:

• You must have the right to work in the UK
• Experience of working within the Security Industry is an advantage
• SIA licence is essential
• Ability to work on own initiative
• A professional demeanour with sound judgement and integrity
• Strong communication skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure
• Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic
