Job summary

OCS UK & Ireland is seeking a Security Officer to deliver first line support for employees and visitors at our Dundee site. You will monitor fire, security and building systems, conduct patrols and respond to incidents with professionalism and integrity.

The ideal candidate will hold a valid SIA licence, a driving licence, and the right to work in the UK. You will work proactively, communicate clearly, and maintain accurate incident records in a fast-paced environment.

About The Role:

Shift Pattern: Varied

As a Security Officer, you will be the first line of support for employees and visitors to the site, providing a professional and friendly service. You will be responsible for monitoring fire, security, and building systems, ensuring that all assigned tasks are completed in a professional and timely manner, and in compliance with relevant legislation

As part of your role, your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

The ideal candidate should meet the following criteria:

• You must have the right to work in the UK


• Experience of working within the Security Industry is an advantage


• SIA licence is essential


• Driving licence is essential


• Ability to work on own initiative


• A professional demeanour with sound judgement and integrity


• Strong communication skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure


• Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic
