Job summary

Securitas in the United Kingdom is hiring a Security Officer for a site in Chipping Norton. You will patrol, monitor CCTV, manage access, and provide a safe, welcoming environment while upholding the highest standards of integrity and professionalism.

This role requires an SIA licence and a valid UK driving licence, plus the right to work in the UK. You will work Sundays 7pm–7am, 12 hours weekly, with development opportunities and attractive employee benefits.

As a Security Officer , you will play a key role in protecting people, property, and assets while delivering an exceptional customer experience. Working in line with site procedures and customer requirements, you will maintain a safe and secure environment, demonstrating the highest standards of integrity, vigilance, and professionalism at all times.

The role as a Security Officer includes conducting internal and external patrols, monitoring CCTV and alarm systems, controlling site access, issuing visitor passes, managing keys, and carrying out locking and unlocking duties. You will also maintain accurate records, support traffic and parking management, perform routine equipment checks, and respond appropriately to security incidents, lost property, and other site-related issues.
