Job summary

Ward Security is seeking a Security Manager to lead operations at a prestigious, sustainable building in Central London. You will take ownership of the site's security operation, directing a large on-site team and ensuring the safety of people, property and assets.

You will build trusted partnerships with clients, occupiers and external authorities, develop tailored procedures, and oversee CCTV and access control. This role offers strategic influence and a strong focus on service excellence.

Qualifications

• Proven security leadership and management experience.
• SIA licence required; CCTV licence essential.
• Driving licence required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a large on-site security team.
• Develop security strategy and risk management for the site.
• Build strong client and stakeholder relationships.
• Chair meetings and ensure effective communication.
• Oversee officer training and performance with compliance.
