Security Manager - £31,065 (nights/ evenings)

Are you a people person, passionate about keeping others safe? Join us in a prominent role as Security Manager where guest safety and security are your priority.

You’ll lead from the front and be observant, making sure our guests feel safe and secure in their home away from home. You'll be proactive and observant, ready to respond to any situation with confidence, while maintaining a calm and welcoming environment.

You’ll need to hold a full clean driving license and SIA Door Supervisor license.

Role responsibilities include:

• Planning resource levels to ensure adequate security coverage.
• Utilising team members effectively for patrols to deter and prevent incidents.
• Ensuring compliance with security instructions.
• Managing incidents with proper escalation and reporting.
• Conducting unbiased investigations and recording security activities accurately.
• Identifying and addressing security vulnerabilities and risks.
• Liaising with local authorities for inspections and investigations.
• Promoting security awareness among colleagues.
