Job summary

Callosum is seeking a senior Security Architect to own the security architecture across our API, orchestration stack, agentic systems, and physical infra. You will translate customer requirements into concrete technical expectations and guide engineering teams to verifiable security guarantees.

You will lead the security function, drive threat modelling, incident response readiness, and engagements with customers and partners while building a scalable security organization across Callosum.

Qualifications

• Experience owning a demanding security assurance or sensitive deployment process end‑to‑end.
• Strong foundations in infrastructure or security engineering, with the depth to challenge architectural decisions.

Responsibilities

• Define security architecture and requirements across API, orchestration stack, and physical infrastructure.
• Lead security assurance for deployments from requirements through review and approval.
• Build and lead the security team across architecture, threat modelling, and incident response.
