• Proven track record of leading security teams in fast-growth environments.
• Deep experience defining and defending security architectures across multi-tenant clouds.
• Exposure to AI/ML and life sciences security challenges.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and scale a security engineering team with a culture of excellence.
• Co-design and implement long-term security strategy: IAM, Cloud, Network, Secure SDLC, monitoring.
• Lead transformation projects enabling frontier ML models and therapeutics.
• Oversee secure cloud infrastructure and platform security leveraging AI workflows.
• Collaborate with TPMs and engineering leads to maintain KPI-driven roadmaps.
• Partner with medical teams and ML researchers to maximize velocity securely.
• Engage with Alphabet/Google ecosystem and security vendors strategically.
• Act as senior escalation point for critical security incidents and vulnerabilities.
