You will shape security strategy, drive governance across global engineering teams, and mentor security professionals while partnering with senior stakeholders to balance risk with business goals.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in senior-level security positions, combining hands-on and strategic exposure.
• Strong stakeholder management skills across all levels.
• Experience leading or mentoring security/design/engineering teams.
• Knowledge of modern cloud environments and security frameworks.
• Pragmatic, collaborative approach balancing business needs with security.

Responsibilities

• Lead the organisation’s security posture across technology and engineering.
• Set and deliver security strategy and best practice frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, AWS Well-Architected).
• Oversee incident response, risk assessments, and vulnerability management.
• Drive a positive security culture across technical and non-technical teams.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to align security priorities with business goals.
