Job summary

TEC Partners Limited is seeking a Security Lead / Security Architect in London, offering a permanent hybrid role with two days in the office and three days remote. The role combines hands-on technical security leadership with strategic governance to embed security at every delivery level.

You will shape security strategy, drive governance across global engineering teams, and mentor security professionals while partnering with senior stakeholders to balance risk with business goals.
