Job summary

Cento is seeking an experienced Project Manager in Oxfordshire to lead security system installation and upgrade projects, ensuring safe delivery on time and within budget. You will coordinate engineers and subcontractors on site, maintain project documentation, and uphold health and safety standards while building strong customer relationships.

This is a full-time, site-based role with occasional travel to customer locations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager within the electronic security industry.
• Strong knowledge of access control, CCTV (IP and analogue), intruder alarms, and fire alarm systems.
• Understanding of relevant industry standards and compliance requirements.
• Ability to interpret and work to project programmes and schedules.
• Strong organisational and project coordination skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage security system installation and upgrade projects involving multiple technologies.
• Ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within budget.
• Oversee and coordinate engineers and subcontractors on site.
• Support with the installation of security systems when required.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, reports, and timesheet records.
• Ensure all installations meet company and industry quality standards.
• Uphold health and safety requirements and conduct site audits as necessary.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent service delivery.
• Identify project risks and implement effective solutions.
• Participate in ongoing training and development activities.
