HP4 Recruitment Ltd is advertising for a Security Install Engineer to cover Northampton and surrounding areas. The role focuses on installing IP CCTV, access control and intruder alarm systems across commercial and residential sites.

The position offers a basic salary of £40,000–£45,000 per year, plus overtime, with a company vehicle and fuel card, travel time paid and a pension scheme. It is a full-time, permanent role with opportunities for training and career development.

Qualifications

Full UK driving licence (essential).
Experience installing CCTV, Access Control and/or Intruder Alarm systems
Ideally 3+ years' experience within the security industry, although this is desirable rather than essential
Candidates with experience in one or two disciplines are encouraged to apply, with training provided
Familiarity with multiple security system manufacturers
Strong work ethic, positive attitude and self-motivation
Ability to work independently across multiple sites

Field-based role covering commercial and residential sites across Northampton and the surrounding areas
Working with a range of leading security manufacturers and systems
Ensuring installations meet high-quality and compliance standards

Due to continued success and increasing demand across Northampton and the surrounding areas, our client is expanding their engineering team and looking for a motivated individual with experience in CCTV, Access Control and Intruder Alarm installations.
