Job summary

Experis Austria is seeking a Security Incident Management Analyst for a governance and coordination role across multiple suppliers. The role ensures incidents are tracked, reported, and evidenced without performing operational SOC tasks.

The position requires Active SC clearance, UK sole nationality, and 5 days onsite at Preston or Inverness. Initial duration is 5 months with possible extension, paying up to £575 per day umbrella.

Qualifications

• Experience in cyber security, service management, operational governance, or support roles.
• Understanding of security incident management processes.
• Awareness of incident severity classifications, escalation processes and major incident management principles.
• Strong organisational and reporting skills.
• Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Track incidents through their lifecycle and coordinate with suppliers.
• Maintain and update incident records and status with suppliers.
• Produce incident reports and dashboards; monitor incident volumes and SLA compliance.
• Support governance forums with accurate reporting and status updates.
• Assist with documenting lessons learned and improvements to processes.
