Job summary

Searchability is recruiting for a Security Incident Management Analyst to oversee governance across the incident lifecycle, coordinating with suppliers and service teams. The role focuses on tracking, reporting and assurance rather than hands-on security operations.

The successful candidate will have cyber security, service management or governance experience, with strong organisational and reporting skills, and will operate in a multi-supplier environment with SIAM and ITIL familiarity.

Qualifications

• Experience in cyber security, service management or governance.
• Understanding of incident management processes and escalation
• Ability to coordinate multiple internal and external stakeholders and produce reports.

Responsibilities

• Provide governance and coordination across the security incident lifecycle.
• Track incidents from creation to closure and ensure accurate status updates.
• Produce reports/dashboards and escalate high-impact incidents through governance channels.
• Maintain complete audit-ready incident records and support assurance activities.
