The Cyber Resiliency Governance Lead is responsible for overseeing and challenging the management of critical and high‑impact cyber risks and issues across the enterprise. This role leverages AI and automation to streamline the risk and issue lifecycle, including the intelligent automation of risk registers and supporting documentation. Working closely with business, technical, and legal stakeholders, the Governance Lead develops and executes governance frameworks, metrics, and escalation protocols that promote proactive risk awareness and cyber resilience. The role also includes conducting forensic audits, interpreting regulatory requirements, and mentoring team members to foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation in cyber governance.
