Job summary

GuardPass Limited is seeking a confident and dependable Security Front Desk Concierge to combine professional security with excellent customer service at varied front-of-house sites. Roles include front desk duties, welcoming residents and visitors, controlling access, CCTV monitoring and light facilities tasks.

Availability for evenings, nights, weekends and short-notice cover is valuable. Opportunities range from ad-hoc shifts to regular part-time and full-time hours across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid SIA Door Supervisor or Security Guarding Licence.
• Legal right to work in the UK.
• Good spoken and written English.
• Strong customer-service skills.
• Confident dealing with different types of people.
• Good basic IT skills.
• Professional appearance and attitude.
• Ability to work independently.
• Reliable transport or travel arrangements.

Responsibilities

• Manning reception and front-of-house areas.
• Welcoming residents, visitors and contractors.
• Controlling access to the building.
• Monitoring CCTV and security systems.
• Completing internal and external patrols.
• Responding to incidents, alarms and emergencies.
• Managing keys, fobs and access equipment.
• Receiving and issuing parcels.
• Completing site checks and reports.
• Helping maintain communal areas and reception spaces.
• Light housekeeping and litter picking.
• Moving or rotating waste and recycling bins where required.
• Carrying out basic facilities checks.
• Supporting contractors and site management.
