Job summary

GuardPass Limited is seeking confident security professionals for front-of-house roles across multiple sites in the UK. You'll combine company-standard security duties with strong customer service, greeting residents and visitors while maintaining safety and presentation of the property.

Roles range from ad-hoc shifts to regular part-time and full-time hours, with availability for evenings, nights, weekends and short-notice cover. A hands-on, proactive approach is essential to succeed.

Qualifications

• Valid SIA Door Supervisor or Security Guarding Licence.
• The legal Right to Work in the UK.
• Good spoken and written English.
• Strong customer-service skills.
• Confidence dealing with different types of people.
• Good basic IT skills.
• Professional appearance and attitude.
• The ability to work independently.
• Reliable transport or travel arrangements.
• A flexible approach to duties.
• Previous experience in security, accommodation, residential buildings, hotels, hospitality, concierge or facilities management would be useful, but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Manning reception and front-of-house areas.
• Welcoming residents, visitors and contractors.
• Controlling access to the building.
• Monitoring CCTV and security systems.
• Completing site checks and reports.
• Responding to incidents and emergencies.
• Managing keys, fobs and access equipment.
• Receiving and issuing parcels.
• Light housekeeping and litter management.
• Moving or rotating waste and recycling bins where required.
• Carrying out basic facilities checks.
• Supporting contractors and site management.
