Job summary

Attio, the AI-native CRM for go-to-market teams, seeks a Security Engineering Lead to build and lead the Product Security function. You’ll secure a large-scale, multi-tenant SaaS platform and customer data, partnering with Engineering Leadership to ensure security by design and drive incident response and remediation.

You will recruit and mentor a top-tier team of Security Engineers and SecOps practitioners, addressing AI-driven security risks and advancing secure software development practices

Qualifications

• Experience leading an application security program in a high-scale multi-tenant SaaS context.
• Ability to recruit, retain and develop a high-quality Information Security team.
• Strong incident response skills across detection, remediation and post-incident actions.
• Experience with security certifications and re-certification programs.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead Attio’s Product Security function for the SaaS platform and customer data.
• Collaborate with Engineering Leadership to ensure security by design.
• Identify AI-driven risks and mitigate AI-assisted development security challenges.
• Lead security operations and incident response, drive remediation plans and root-cause analysis.
• Recruit and retain a world-class Security Engineers and SecOps team.
