Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Сбор требований к безопасности, архитектура решений, прототипирование и разработка внутренних инструментов и инфраструктуры совместно с партнёнами.
• Работа над широкой сферой задач по безопасности, включая комплаенс и задачи по аудиту.
• Проактивное выявление уязвимостей совместно с инженерами, разработка защитных решений.
• Улучшение возможностей детекции и проектирование defence-in-depth контролей.

XTX Markets is an algorithmic trading firm that uses machine learning to forecast prices for financial instruments and trades on exchanges and alternative trading venues. It also provides liquidity directly to clients worldwide.

• Gather security requirements, architect solutions, prototype, and develop internal tools and broader infrastructure with partner teams; Work across a broad range of security roles and projects, including compliance-related tasks; Proactively identify security flaws with software engineers; Engineer technical solutions with a defensive mindset; Improve detection capabilities with partner teams; Design defence-in-depth controls that limit attackers’ ability to move inside the network.

• Approximately one to three years’ experience in Information Security


• Proficiency in at least one statically typed language


• Knowledge of how systems are built and how to break them


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills


• Ability to write clearly and succinctly


• Ability to learn rapidly with strong attention to detail


• Ability to work autonomously and prioritise as required


• Willingness to admit mistakes and seek feedback to improve performance


• Nice to have: personal projects, CTF experience, security certifications demonstrating practical ability such as OSCP
