Job summary

NTT DATA UK & Ireland is seeking a Security Development and Test Manager in Birmingham. You will oversee secure software development and testing, integrate security tools into CI/CD, and drive vulnerability testing and secure coding practices across projects.

You will report to the Director of Security Development and Testing and lead initiatives to improve security maturity, collaborating with engineering and DevOps teams in a hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading secure software development, testing, or DevSecOps
• Hands-on security testing tools experience (Veracode, SonarQube, Burp Suite)
• Familiarity with secure coding practices and threat modelling
• Experience in Agile/DevOps environments
• Certifications such as CSSLP, CEH, GWEB preferred
• Eligible for UK SC clearance

Responsibilities

• Oversee secure development and testing services across projects.
• Integrate security tools into CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps practices.
• Lead security testing lifecycle and vulnerability remediation efforts.
• Collaborate with engineering and DevOps teams to improve security maturity.
