Job summary

NTT DATA is a leading global security services provider delivering secure software delivery and DevSecOps capabilities across industries. The Security Development and Test Manager will oversee secure SDLC practices, drive secure coding, and manage security testing across development projects.

Reporting to the Director of Security Development and Testing, you will collaborate with engineering teams, embed security into CI/CD, and advance testing maturity through tooling and automation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in leading secure software development, testing, or DevSecOps environments.
• Hands-on experience with security testing tools (Veracode, SonarQube, Burp Suite).
• Familiarity with secure coding practices, OWASP Top 10, and threat modelling.
• Experience in Agile or DevOps‑driven environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Service Delivery with SLA/KPI compliance.
• Lead DevSecOps implementation and embed security in CI/CD pipelines.
• Manage security testing and tooling, ensure remediation and reporting.
• Identify opportunities for automation and testing efficiency.
• Coordinate with senior stakeholders and provide escalation support.
• Support client engagements with documentation and assessment reports.
