Job summary

The Hut Group (THG Experience) seeks a Security Concierge to protect Hale Country Club & Spa and enhance guest experiences in a luxury setting. You will uphold security protocols while delivering outstanding service to members and guests.

Location is Hale Country Club & Spa, Timperley. The role includes 4 on 4 off shifts, 42 hours per week on average, with strong emphasis on vigilance, professionalism and guest relations.

Qualifications

• Possession of valid Door Supervision SIA license.
• Valid First Aid at Work certificate.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for guests and create a positive first impression.
• Ensure only authorized individuals access the premises and maintain a secure environment.
• Monitor surveillance and patrol to maintain safety.
• Assist guests with questions, directions and support.
• Respond calmly to emergencies and follow procedures.
• Work with Front Desk to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Communicate with other departments to address security concerns.
• Handle guest issues professionally and resolve conflicts.
• Stay alert and report suspicious activities.
• Maintain a neat and professional appearance.
• Report incidents promptly with detailed documentation.
• Participate in training to improve security knowledge and customer service.

About the role

We are currently recruiting for a skilled and dedicatedSecurity Conciergeto join our team at Hale Country Club & Spa. In this role, you will be ensuring a safe and secure environment while delivering exceptional service that enhances our guests' experience. Your responsibilities will include upholding the highest standards of professionalism and excellence in every aspect of your work, ensuring that all security protocols and guest interactions align with our standards.

Hours:4 on x 4 off shift pattern, 42 hrs per week in average

• Report incidents promptly to supervisors and ensure accurate and detailed documentation of all security‑related matters.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance security knowledge and customer service skills.
• Stay updated with industry best practices and contribute ideas for improving security measures and guest experiences.

Requirements

• Possession of valid Door Supervision SIA license
• Valid First Aid at work certificate
• Previous experience working in a similar role, within a hotel or similar environment
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of business, internal and external
• Problem-solving abilities
• Flexibility and the ability to respond appropriately to changing situations
• Discretion and sensitivity
• The ability to maintain professional standards under pressure
