THG Ingenuity is hiring a Night Cleaner for Hale Country Club & Spa in Hale, Cheshire. You will work 40 hours per week with night shifts, including weekends, ensuring high standards of cleanliness across offices, dining areas, gym, and spa facilities.

The role requires hands-on attention to detail, reliability, and ability to work as part of a team in a luxury hospitality environment. Training and uniforms are provided, with benefits as listed.

Qualifications

• Spa/health club environment experience preferred.
• Hands-on approach to cleaning tasks.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Clean all centre areas including offices, stores, toilets, restaurant, showers, sports areas, changing rooms, sauna/steam rooms, gyms, receptions and furniture.
• Replenish consumables (paper towels, soap, toilet paper, bin liners).
• Use cleaning machines, tools and materials as required.
• Empty litter bins and dispose of waste properly.
• Maintain high standard of customer care at all times.
• Attend regular training courses and cover for others when needed.
• Assist with holiday/sickness cover and other duties as assigned by management.

We are currently recruiting for a full-time Night Cleaner to join our team at Hale Country Club & Spa.

Primary Role Responsibilities

• In accordance with the cleaning specification clean all centre areas including: offices, stores, toilets, restaurant, showers, sports areas, changing rooms, shower areas, stairs, landing, corridors, sauna/steam rooms, fitness gyms, receptions and all furniture and fittings contained in these areas. Duties to include: wet mop, dry mop, vacuum, sweep, buff, spot clean, wipe, clean, wash, sanitise, scrub, dust, etc.
• Replenish paper towels, soap, toilet paper, bin liners.
• Use machines, tools, equipment and materials as necessary.
• Empty all litter bins, into appropriate containers, remove to dustbin compound.
• Ensure a high standard of customer care is achieved at all times.
• Training is an essential part of the post and requires all employees to attend regular training courses when arranged.
• Cover for the other Cleaners during holidays and sickness.
• Carry out any other duties that are within the scope and grading of the post which could also be requested by the management of the club

• Proven experience working as part of a successful team with excellent interpersonal skills
